Meet Matthew Juall, President, MDP

Matthew has over 30 years of real estate finance and leadership experience, with the last 5 years dedicated exclusively to marina acquisitions, finance, and development. Prior to his active involvement in the marina business, Matthew was SVP of finance and asset management for Turnberry Associates, a large private real estate company based in South Florida.

Prior to this, Matthew was an Executive Director with JPMorgan managing the real estate banking business within the state of Florida. Before JPMorgan, he was a senior executive with Bank of America originating and underwriting loans for REITS, regional development firms and CMBS markets. Matthew is a member of the ULI, AMI and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Matthew holds a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Jacksonville University. Contact Matt Juall at mjuall@marinadp.com, or 954-732-2412.
